Vervain is one of the most celebrated sacred botanicals in ancient history and European folk herbalism. Nervous System & Tension Release: A classic traditional bitter nervine steeped to soothe overworked nerves, quiet mental chatter, ease tension held in the neck and shoulders, and support restorative rest.
-
Metaphysical & Folklore Uses: Steeped in classical folklore for purification, fierce protection, banishing heavy energy, and inviting peace into spaces of conflict. Traditionally burned in ritual incenses, added to floor washes, or carried in charms for protection and clear vision.
-
Digestive & Liver Support: Its pronounced bitter principles stimulate natural digestive juices, support bile production, and encourage liver and gallbladder vitality.

-
Pairs Well With: Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Spearmint, Lavender, Passionflower.
